General Accountant & HR Admin

Accounting (Daily/Monthly)
Submit online bank payments for approval and handle banking matters.
Perform monthly and annual closing.
Prepare documents for daily operations: issue/track e- invoices, bank receipts.
Prepare CIT, VAT, and PIT quarterly reports.
Enter daily transactions in the accounting software.
Perform any other task as assigned by the Office Manager/BOD as and when required.
HR & Admin (Daily)
Manage records and timely signing of labor contracts and insurance policies.
Calculate and pay monthly salaries and social insurance.
Ensure smooth day- to- day office functioning: stationery, equipment, and facilities.
Handle correspondence, documentation, scheduling, and record- keeping for teams and management.
Track working time, annual leave, and staff reimbursements.

Requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Problem- solving mindset; able to handle tasks and situations quickly and flexibly.
Strong communication skills; fluent English.
2+ years of experience in accounting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
