Cash flow and budget forecasts.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Bookkeeping, post day-to-day transactions into accounting software (MISA)
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Ensure timely bank payments
Preparation of VAT returns, handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Also report on the customer’s financial health and liquidity.
Dealing with corporation tax and personal tax returns and managing customer’s details and accounts.
Liaising with customers and advising them on changes, providing information with regard to their accounts and also dealing with any complaints or queries.
Management of accounts, balance sheets and profit/loss statements

Preferable: experience in audit, tax, finance or accounting services company
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration
Competent in Microsoft Office, with analytical mind
Good at English
Teamwork, Proactive, Highly self-motivated, Initiative, Integrity and Innovative.
At least 2 -3 years working at accounting role
Preferable: experience with IFRS

Working time: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday - Friday
