General Accountant – Suppervisor

Collaborate with auditors on the interim/year- end audit and preparation of relevant audit schedules by the deadline.
Zero errors in booking all debit/credit notes with the parent company.
Submit VAT report on time (monthly VAT input report, consolidated with VAT output to prepare the VAT report).
Non- trade accounts payable check, record purchases/OPEX, and payments.
Prepare a budget with a deadline and an updated estimate worksheet up to gross margin level. 9. Ensure fixed asset registration is maintained and updated by the deadline.
Ensure the monitoring of commission/claim receivables.
Ensure the CIT quarterly report and annual finalization.
Ensure intercompany bookings and reconciliation.
Month- end closure deadline
Other tasks as assagiment by supperior.

Graduated with a major in Finance, Accounting, and Auditing
- Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 05 năm trở lên
At least 05 years of working experience in the same position.
- Sử dụng tốt Microsoft office, đặc biệt là Excel và phần mềm kế toán.
Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software.
- Làm việc độc lập.
