General Accountant (Trading company)

Purpose of the role:
The General Accountant is responsible for managing all accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. This role supports management with financial control and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Prepare and submit tax reports according to legal requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Maintain and improve internal accounting processes and controls.
• Work with external auditors during audits.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
• Reconcile balance sheets, general ledger, and bank statements monthly.
• Support payroll processing and invoice issuance as needed.
• Record and review daily financial transactions accurately.
