General Accountant

Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Verify accounting documents and post transactions in compliance with regulations.
- Reconcile detailed ledgers with the general ledger and ensure data accuracy.
Receivables, Payables & Cash Flow Management
- Manage cash and bank transactions; prepare cash fund reports and periodic bank statements.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
Inventory Management
- Check and reconcile inventory data (inbound–outbound–on- hand).
- Handle discrepancies and prepare inventory reports.
Financial Reporting & Audit
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities when required.
- Analyze cost and revenue fluctuations.
Data Management & Process Improvement
- Propose improvements to enhance accounting processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of accounting data.
- Support other departments with financial data when needed.

- College or University degree in Accounting or Finance.- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar accounting role.- Proficient in accounting software (FAST is a plus) and advanced Excel skills.- Knowledge of VAS, IFRS, and corporate tax regulations.- Strong skills in financial reporting, data analysis, logical thinking; detail- oriented and honest.- Basic English communication and email writing skills (ability to read technical documents is an advantage).- Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and work independently or in a team.
