General Accountant

Job Purpose:
Handling general accounting, sharing tasks with FM and sharing/ backing up AP due to incresing of workload
Job Duties:
Daily Tasks
Register Loan with the State Bank
Create IO, Asset number, and Post GR for the fixed asset to SAP
Other tasks assigned
Check and post services invoices
Monthly Tasks
Issue services invoice to Interco and post to SAP
Update actual cost compare with budget
Contact bank to obtain bank statements
Post services invoice from Interco to SAP
Prepare monthly report
Prepare and parked all journal entries relating to allocating, prepaid, payroll, insurance… to SAP
Month end closing & reports
Updated and follow up the detail of accrual list and prepayment list
Do cash forecast report
Check and follow up the detail of the balance sheet account : advance, deposit, PIT, insurance...
Send statement to Interco at the end of the month & reconcile
Follow up fixed asset list.
Annual/ Ad- hoc Tasks
Support document for auditor to finish audit reports in the end of year.
Prepare data for budget
Count fixed asset & support to key in data during stock count.
Statistic report
Reconcile and confirm audit confirmation for Interco
Provide data for auditor

Education Required:
- BA degree,
- Chief accountant certificate
Experience Required:
- Experience in CIT, VAT, WHT, PIT
- Experience in tax refund, tax audit, external audit
- At least 05 years of working experiences as the same position.
- Knowledge in Transfer pricing.
Knowledge Required:
- Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS); Accountancy Law & Legal Framework
- Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software. SAP is a plus
- Tax & Compliance
- Financial Statements & Reporting
