HR & Staff Management: Handle staff attendance records, assist in recruitment (posting jobs/screening CVs), and maintain employee files and contracts.
Client Booking & Follow- up: Manage the reservation system, respond to guest inquiries via phone/social media, and follow up on group bookings or special events.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales and expense reports to support the Accountant.
Operation Support: Assist the Manager with daily operational needs, including staff scheduling and ensuring the venue meets internal standards.
Procurement: Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to manage inventory orders, source new suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
General Administration: Manage office supplies, handle basic paperwork, and ensure all business licenses or permits are organized
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: At least 1–2 years in an administrative, HR, or assistant role (Experience in F&B or Hospitality is a huge plus).
Language: Strong English communication skills (essential for guest interaction and reporting).
Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
* Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
* Strong communication and problem- solving skills.
Mindset: Proactive, honest, and detail- oriented. You should be someone who "sees a problem and fixes it."
