General Director (Singaporean/ Malaysian)

We are on behalf of our client- a leading energy/utilities developing firm in looking for senior candidates for their subsidiary in Vietnam.
Responsibilities

Maintaining positive and trust- based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long- term goals.
Supervising, guiding, and delegating executives in their duties.
Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost- efficiency.
Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.
Reporting to the board, providing market insights and strategic advice.
Overseeing the company&039;s business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures.

Requirements and skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
BSc/BA required; MSc/MA will be preferred
Background in Energy/Utilities is preferred.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Only open for Singaporean/Malaysian.
Proven experience as General Director or other managerial position. Experiences working abroad are appreciated.
