General Manager

Reviewing KPIs (customer service quality, training quality, staff turnover rate, etc.).
Building good relationships and images with all guests throughout their stay
standards in guest rooms and public areas.
Scheduling and arranging work shifts for hotel staff.
Welcoming guests, and supervising hotel operations.
Directly handling incidents that staff cannot resolve (guest complaints about service quality, room
cleanliness, and other issues) to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Controlling room quality, product quality, and customer service quality, ensuring cleanliness
Monitoring reservation lists, room status, emails, sales, and service quality reports.
Controlling and upgrading the system and equipment.
Conducting periodic evaluations of staff performance.
Evaluating guest satisfaction, creating a positive impression for customers.
Monitoring and checking work processes according to M Village standards.
Managing operational and personnel costs.

Good communication and customer care skills.
Over 1- 2 years of experience in a managerial position in 4- 5 star hotels (preference given to candidates with a background in Front Office and Housekeeping).
Team management, planning, and progress reporting skills.
Hardworking, diligent, honest, careful, enthusiastic, and good team support.
High discipline and a positive attitude.
Proficient in English.
Graduated from College or higher, or have relevant qualifications.
