Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures, service standards, and guest experience.
Recruit, train, develop, and lead the hotel team.
Develop business strategies, sales initiatives, and brand development plans for the hotel.
Manage and oversee all hotel operations to ensure efficient and effective performance.
Monitor revenue, expenses, budgets, and overall business performance.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure service quality and achieve business objectives.

Requirements
Previous pre- opening experience is highly preferred.
Highly responsible, proactive, and results- oriented.
Minimum 1 year of management experience in a hotel or resort environment.
Proven leadership, team- building, and staff development skills.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, OTA platforms, Revenue Management, and guest service.
