Supervising all activities of the Human Resources department
Developing policies, and regulations and managing human resources- related activities: Timekeeping, salary calculation, leaves, handling Insurance issues, bonuses, annual leaves, recruitment, and personnel decisions, ...
Being responsible for reporting directly to the CEO.
Monitoring compliance with internal policies and state labor laws.
Proposing to the board of directors on issues in the field of human resources.
Assisting in resolving labor relations- related issues.

Responsible to lead and manage all HR responsibilities of the factory
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management accounting or related field
Strong knowledge of Corporate policies, focusing on HR policies, C&B, Performance Appraisal System
Leadership ability to motivate the team- mates and a team player.
Well- organized and detail- oriented.
Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & CSR
Inter- personal communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
At least 5 years relevant experiences in manufacturing companies (Garment industry is preferred)
Be fluent in English skills.

Confident, independent & be able to take responsibility for the job role

13th month salary.
Pay full insurance according to legal regulations.
2- month probationary period, 100% salary, 21.5% social insurance support.
Salary negotiable
