The HRD is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for developing, shaping, and implementing the overall HR strategy, aligning it with the vision and business objectives of the Group in the real estate and hospitality sectors. This role will lead all aspects of human resource management, from strategic planning to operations, to attract, develop, and retain talent, build a strong corporate culture, and drive outstanding performance.

Education: Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. A Master&039;s degree or international professional HR certifications are highly preferred.
Experience:
Experience leading organizational change projects and digital transformation in HR management is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in senior management positions in Human Resources, with at least 5 years as a HRM (or equivalent) in large corporations of similar scale.
Particularly preferred is experience working in the real estate sector and especially in the 5- star hotel/resort industry. Deep understanding of human resource specifics, service culture, and quality standards in the industry is essential.
Professional Knowledge:
Proficient in labor laws, insurance, and tax regulations related to human resources.
In- depth understanding of modern HR practices: HR strategic planning, talent acquisition- recruitment, training- development, performance management, compensation- benefits- welfare, corporate culture, and labor relations.
Knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS/HRM).
