Navigos Search&039;s client, FDI manufacturer in Tuyen Quang is hiring Plant manager. The ideal candidate will have experience managing both EPC contractors (new set- up company) and production organization work. The candidate will also have an ability to follow safety and labor hygiene.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with related authorities and government, and related departments within the Company to implement production plan
Advise BOD in planning and organizing production, arranging appropriate human resources to ensure the company&039;s target plan by month/quarter/year.
- Other tasks as directed by BOD
- Plan and organize the Operation and Maintenance Organizations during the plant construction phase
- Control production costs within the Company&039;s allowed budget, control raw material consumption norms, labor norms, and promptly report inventory to serve production
- Build and organize the implementation of 5S and safety standards for all employees
- Coordinate and discuss with EPC contractor, O&M contactor, raw material supply contractor and Headquarter office closely
- Control QA and QC
- Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources
* Working location: Tuyen Quang, Vietnam but will base in Hanoi during factory construction (support company car for transportation)

5+ years of experience as Production Director and Plant manager
Understanding of wood materials and wood production, FSC (must have)
Proficient in English at work (4 skills)
Have management, leadership, and work assignment characters
Bachelor&039;s degree
Nationality: Vietnamese
Resistant to work pressure
