Giám Sát Bán Hàng - Sales Supervisor

Maintain store appearance, and control expenses and shortages.
Assist the Sales Manager in ensuring that the staff provide outstanding customer service and create a memorable shopping experience for all customers.
Lead by example. Train and develop staff.
Oversee assigned department/category in partnership with Managers in order to maximize sales potential.
Work with other departments
Handle all customer issues through resolution.

Language: Strong English/ Korean/ Chinese language
Educational Requirements: University/College graduate or equivalent; must have basic math skills
Work Experience: Previous supervisory experience in a retail, customer service, hospitality services, or luxury brand boutique environment preferred
Equipment/Tools: POS terminal, computer, office equipment
