Social Club Planning and Class Delivery

Serve as a Wall Street English Ambassador, inspiring participation and maintaining high student attendance rates.
Upon request, deliver Encounter or Complementary classes as per WSE standards, online or in center.
Deliver interactive and effective Social Clubs following the Wall Street English Method to ensure students achieve their learning goals.
Develop engaging content, activities, and materials to enhance fluency, confidence, cultural awareness, and business/life skills in English.
Gather and analyse student feedback to continuously improve Social Club effectiveness and appeal.
Design and facilitate Social Club topics aligned with the Wall Street English Learning Outcomes and student interests.

Student Community & Center Events Lead

Foster a welcoming and immersive English- speaking environment by engaging with students inside and outside the classroom.
Collaborate with coaches to reinforce strong study habits and support students in following the Wall Street English Method.
Upon request, support cross- brands events and activities with the ASIA Group Team.
Design, plan and lead the center event and activities that boost student retention, engagement, and referrals in partnership with the Coaches and Sales teams.

Oral Test & Level Check Assessment

Perform level checks to reassess student proficiency and ensure accurate placement, as requested by Center Service Manager.
Conduct speaking tests to assess prospects’ communication skills based on the Wall Street English level chart to support new sales.

Must have:

Teaching experience
Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency level of English comparable to minimum: Cambridge Advanced Certificate (C1), WSE level 20, GSE 76+, IELTS 7.0+, TOEFL 95+

Good to have:

English events hosting experience
Pedagogical bachelor’s degree in English or bachelor’s degree in English and Pedagogical certificate complied with Vietnam Ministry of Education and Training’s regulation
English teaching experience with adults
