Responsibilities
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and promotes students&039; confidence in using English.
Make lesson plan and deliver creative and age- appropriate English lessons to children.
Maintain accurate records of students&039; attendance, performance, and achievements.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding students&039; progress, goals, and any areas that require improvement.
Ensuring a fun and interactive learning experience.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements.
Requirements
Availability to work during evenings and weekends is essential.
Patience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual students&039; needs.
Candidates holding international certifications such as TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA are highly preferred.
A Bachelor&039;s degree in Education, English, or a related field, or a recognized teaching certification.
Proven experience teaching English to children, especially preschool- aged learners; classroom teaching experience and familiarity with Cambridge English exams (Starters, Movers, Flyers, etc.) are highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Enthusiasm for working with children and a passion for teaching English as a second language.
