Experience
3–5 years in geospatial analysis, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or project management role within GIS.
Technical Skills:
Advanced skills in handling cadastral and planning datasets from basic to complex levels.
Strong command of coordinate systems (VN2000, HN72, WGS84) and transformations.
Excellent problem- solving, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
Tools & Technologies:
ETL Tools: FME Form (formerly FME Desktop)
Databases: PostgreSQL with PostGIS extension
CAD: MicroStation, AutoCAD
Server/Backend: GeoServer, Python (especially with Pandas, GeoPandas, Shapely)
GIS Platforms: ArcGIS Pro, QGIS (including Model Builder/Designer)
Data Formats:
CAD: *.dgn, *.dwg
Vector: *.shp, *.geojson, *.json, *.gdb
Raster: *.mbtiles, *.geotiff, *.pbf
