[Global Market] Middle Manual Tester (QA)

◦ Track and report bugs with defined severity and priority.
◦ Participate in client meetings and clarify requirements.
◦ Analyze project requirements to define test objectives and effort estimation.
◦ Create, execute, and review manual/automation test cases under existing test frameworks.
◦ Ensure compliance with QA processes, project timelines, and quality standards.
◦ Prepare test reports and support developers in issue replication.
◦ Contribute to automation testing using tools like Ranorex, Azure Pipeline, or GitHub Actions.
◦ Monitor test progress and raise risks or delays.

Must Have
◦ At least 2.5 years of experience in software testing (manual testing required, automation exposure preferred).

◦ Proficiency in test design techniques (boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, decision tables, etc.).
◦ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
◦ English proficiency sufficient to read specifications, write test documentation, and communicate with clients.
◦ Solid understanding of frontend/backend systems and data flows.
◦ Working knowledge of SQL and Unix/Linux commands.
◦ Experience with defect tracking tools and test case management systems.

Nice to Have
◦ ISTQB Foundation/Advanced Level certification or equivalent.
◦ Hands◦ on experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Ranorex, Selenium, Cypress) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Bamboo, GitHub Actions).
◦ Familiarity with API testing (Postman, Swagger) and performance testing tools (JMeter, K6).
◦ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
