We are seeking a sharp and strategic Global Marketing Manager to lead the transformation of VNEXT’s brand presence on the global technology landscape. The primary focus of this role is to restructure the corporate website into a core engine for international lead generation and customer acquisition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
System Architecture & Strategy
Strategic Branding: Position VNEXT’s brand effectively in the digital environment. Ensure a consistent, modern, and compelling value proposition aligned with the aesthetic and professional standards of clients in Japan, Korea, Singapore, and other international markets.
Technology Integration: Select and integrate Marketing Automation, CRM, and tracking tools to scientifically and efficiently manage the customer lifecycle.
Website Restructuring: Lead the full- scale restructuring of the corporate website (.../vnext.vn/). Redesign the customer journey to optimise conversion rates from visitors to qualified leads.
Mining & Lead Generation
Data Mining: Establish a user data mining system on the website. Analyze behavioral data to identify buying signals and deliver high- quality leads to the Sales team.
Inbound Marketing: Build and optimise a structured content funnel. Maximise lead acquisition through SEO, whitepapers, and case studies.
Global Performance Marketing: Manage marketing budgets and execute multi- channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, remarketing) to maintain a consistent pipeline of international leads.
Management & Leadership
Data Analytics & Reporting: Develop performance dashboards to track key metrics (Conversion Rate, CPL, MQL). Take full ownership of marketing ROI.
Department Management: Oversee overall Marketing Department operations and perform additional duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Project Leadership: Directly coordinate internal teams (Content, Design, etc.) and technical partners (Web Developers) to ensure timely and high- quality execution of strategic initiatives.
Offer: Up to 30,000,000 VND (Excluding Business Performance Bonuses).
