Currently, AWING is seeking a Global Operations/Delivery Executive to support international client and partner management as well as global market expansion operations. This role will focus on building the operational foundation, standardizing operational workflows, and providing support to the Global teams to ensure smooth, accurate, and effective service delivery to international markets such as Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Japan, and others.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Global Clients & Partners
Coordinate with the
Partnership
and
Business Development
teams to execute services/partnerships with global clients and partners including:
Take ownership of the onboarding process, training & coaching for partners/clients after deals (delivering training sessions, workshops, and coaching materials to ensure partners/clients fully understand AWING’s platform, service standards, and operational workflows)
Monitor project implementation progress, coordinate with relevant stakeholders (Global Managers, the technical team, and international partners) and resolving issues.
Design and guide partners/clients through the post- deal implementation roadmap, ensuring they adhere to AWING’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Business Support
Manage and track the lifecycle of international contracts, ensuring all legal and commercial terms are accurately documented.
Assist the Partnership and Business Development teams in preparing professional business documents including proposals, company profiles, sales presentations and other supporting materials as needed for international clients.
Operational Support
Support Global Managers in setting up and operating international branches, including but not limited to administrative tasks, office setup, and logistics coordination with legal and consulting agencies, etc.
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.
