Job Description:

Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends, supply chains, and industry regulations to create data- driven business strategies.
Company Representation: Serve as the company’s representative at industry events, trade fairs, and business meetings.
Client & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with global partners, suppliers, and customers to foster business growth.
Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding steel products into international markets.
Problem- Solving & Innovation: Identify operational challenges and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to optimize the supply chain and sales strategies
Leadership & Ownership: Take initiative in driving projects, collaborating across teams, and ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.

Requirements

Experience: We welcome fresh graduates, but we also seek candidates with 3–5 years of experience in steesteell business development. Rather than experts, we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and capable of developing innovative solutions to challenges.
Education: We don’t prioritize your university background or GPA- what matters is your knowledge and skills. Your knowledge shapes your success, not just your scores. However, proficiency in English is essential, and fluency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
