Key Responsibilities:
Global Recruitment:
Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for critical business roles, ensuring a proactive approach to hiring.
Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for UK, Japan, and the US business teams.
Regional Recruitment:
Oversee the end- to- end recruitment process for development and delivery teams in Vietnam, including software engineers, project managers, and related roles.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to understand technical hiring needs and stay ahead of market trends.
Talent Strategy on Resource Management:
Identify and engage senior- level candidates for specialized, high- impact roles.
Partner with the management team to forecast hiring demands and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Directly manage resource planning to ensure deep insight into current and future talent needs.
Employer Branding:
Drive initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer brand across target markets.
Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and online platforms to connect with top talent.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure an exceptional, seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
Leverage modern recruitment tools and technologies to streamline and professionalize processes.
Requirements:
Experience:
5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on global hiring.
Successful track record in recruiting for business teams in international markets (UK, Japan, US) and technical teams in Vietnam.
Skills:
Deep understanding of recruitment practices across diverse regions, with sensitivity to cultural nuances and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, relationship- building, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills on LinkedIn and global job boards.
Other Qualifications:
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese; basic communication in additional languages (e.g., Japanese) is a strong advantage.
Experience in tech startups or fintech environments is highly desirable.
