Google Ads Specialist

- Analyze data, insights and keep the team updated for continuous improvements moving forward
- Work closely with relevant teams to develop and execute online strategies to drive traffic, acquire new buyers and increase product sales
- Optimize ad copy, creative, audience... for higher conversion rates.
- Conduct regular keyword research to identify new advertising opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features and industry best practices.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to meet Traffic, Revenue, ROAS target (current target: minimum 20% budget growth/month)
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring Traffic, ROAS goals are met.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust bidding and keywords for optimization
- Manage budget allocation across various campaigns and ensure cost- efficient ad spend.

Experience:
- Hands- on experience of Google ads campaigns, used to spend 1 billion (VND)/month on Google ads
- Demonstrated success in ingesting, analyzing, and presenting large datasets
- Preferably in e- Commerce, Fashion, FMCG industry... or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of multivariate testing and basic statistics/probability concepts a plus
Education: Bachelor’s degree (higher is preferred) in Marketing.
Advanced Skills:
- Extreme attention to detail and follow- up actions as well as a fast turn- around working style is required.
- Desired experience in marketing presentations, project management, data analysis, and/or digital campaign management.
- Proven ability to make data- backed decisions
Soft Skills
- Self- starter, positive attitude, open to feedback, comfortable with ambiguity and constant change in a matrix organization
- Flexible for overtime work and have enthusiasm for teamwork and fast- paced environments.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically MS Excel)Humble and willing to learn every day
