WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
Working hours: Monday to Saturday morning, from 8:00–8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Workplace: Toong Co- Working Space, 126 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate with Global Design Teams:
Ensure consistency across all materials to represent Joola’s brand standards.
Coordinate with Joola’s design teams in the U.S. and Korea to ensure all visual materials align with the latest global designs and brand guidelines.
Facility Coordination:
Customize designs for each location based on specific facility requirements and dimensions.
Work directly with pickleball facilities to obtain accurate measurements for banners, billboards, and other advertising spaces.
Banner and Advertising Design:
Collaborate with printing vendors to ensure high- quality production and correct sizing.
Oversee the installation of materials at venues to ensure accurate placement and display.
Printing Coordination
Collaborate with printing vendors to ensure high- quality production, correct sizing, and use of appropriate materials.
Oversee installation setup at venues to guarantee correct placement and display.
Event and Tournament Collateral
Support promotional efforts at tournaments and events, enhancing brand visibility.
Design event materials, including brochures, leaflets, and handouts, that align with brand standards and engage the pickleball audience.
Digital Design
Ensure that digital assets maintain visual consistency with Joola’s brand image and support local marketing objectives.
Create online banners, digital ads, and other digital content for social media, email campaigns, and websites.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in English, with strong communication skills for effective collaboration with international teams and vendors.
Experience working with printing vendors and knowledge of print materials and processes.
Ability to work effectively and reliably in a cross- cultural, cross- functional environment.
Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, ideally in sports or event marketing.
Passion for sports and an understanding of the pickleball community.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
