Graphic Design Executive - Head Office

- Communicating with Customers and presenting.
- Proactive Seasonal Graphic Proposals for all Customers based on Novelty / Innovation / Sustainability
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
- Ensuring Boardroom setups are done with Customer specific Graphic strike offs and artworks & the prep prior to the meeting – Including coordinating with factories and Merchandising teams to bring down the samples relevant for the visit.
- Handling Graphics for all Customers / Categories
- Fostering a positive & collaborative work environment within the Design team and with multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding the designers’ ideas and translating graphics accordingly
- Building relationships with the suppliers (i.e. fabric trims embellishment, printing, washing) in ensuring seasonal feeds
- Communicating with Printing plants / Embroidery plants on newness & ongoing works – and staying up to date with washes and finishes to understand the limitations when applying techniques.
- Performing additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
- Excellent relationship is maintained with all internal and external parties to ensure customer satisfaction and
- Capability to work on a brief sent by customer / from design team and turning out Commercial Graphics

- Degree in Graphic Design & Visual Arts
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, design and development process, fabrics and product, fashion trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. time management skills
- 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in the apparel industry
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high- quality design work.
