Graphic Designer

Overview:
Gardenline International is a leading company in the gardening and outdoor living industry. We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing visually appealing and engaging designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our products and services to our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a digital asset library, organizing and archiving design files for easy access and retrieval.
Work closely with the product development team to create visually appealing packaging designs that enhance the overall product presentation.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure design projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating innovative and creative ideas into design projects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to ensure designs effectively convey the desired message.
Conduct regular quality checks on design outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure high- quality production and execution of design projects.
Design and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, packaging, advertisements, and digital media.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the industry.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high- quality standards.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including print and digital media.
Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the gardening or outdoor living industry.
