Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
Reports to: Head of Trade Marketing
The role of Marketing Graphic Designer (2D Specialist) is integral to our marketing team, which currently includes experts in 2D design. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective and a passion for design, complementing our existing capabilities and contributing to our diverse range of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute compelling 2D designs for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, digital content, and promotional materials.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Maintain an understanding of the latest design trends and techniques, applying them as appropriate to our brand context.
Assist in the development of presentation materials, ensuring they are visually appealing and convey key messages effectively.
Perform all other duties assigned by line manager.
Ensure all design work is completed within established timelines and to a high standard.
Utilize proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to create high- quality visual content.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:
]
Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Vietnamese/ English).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 2D design work.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proven experience in 2D graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
Experience with event agency/ spirits industry/ nightlife is preferred.
Detail- oriented, with an eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
Ability to work effectively under the guidance of the Head of Trade Marketing and collaborate with a diverse team.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
