DESIGN & CREATIVE (70%)
Marketing Designer enhances our brand&039;s identity through visually engaging designs. Working under the Marketing Coordinator, the Marketing Designer collaborates with various departments to create content that communicates our unique value to clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. This role ensures visual consistency across all marketing materials, including digital, print, and social media. The Marketing Designer&039;s work is key to elevating our brand presence and effectively conveying our message.
Provide ideas, create and design layouts; perform final quality checks to ensure accuracy in text, spacing, and alignment before publication for documents, both digitally and printing: E.g. Client Handbook, Quality Manual, Company Profile, Sustainability Report, Industry Update
Collate new ideas and relevant designs that could evolve and improve company communication; work with relevant departments to produce new stories/materials and other information. E.g. News Blog Update, LinkedIn articles
Evolve, execute, and maintain our branding across the company, ensuring logos are used effectively, slogans and company property are branded correctly, and the overall look and feel of the company is upheld.
Design publications to support company events, including leaflets, brochures, vouchers, backdrops, standees, and other materials. e.g. Banners and posters for internal events, key visuals for the Christmas Party, Year- End Party, branded gifts and merchandises
Provide templates and training for internal departments, support with branding and formatting to ensure the internal teams understand the company’s aesthetics and are following the brand guidelines
MARKETING & COLLABORATION (30%)
Supporting MC to meet goals, objectives and other requirements such as budget, timelines, preferences and priority. Assisted in creating briefs for document- related projects.
Develop and visualize project concepts and communication materials, ensure consistency and alignment with the company’s brand identity; prepare visual assets for innovation- related initiatives.
Understand UA’s company, our values, our mission, our goals, and align them with the industry; understand our brands, clients, and their needs to research and present sales & marketing ideas to the relevant departments.
