Job Overview
We are looking for an innovative and detail- oriented Graphic Designer with a strong background in digital brand identity and animation. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and technical expertise. The Creative Executive will play a crucial role in developing engaging and visually striking designs that align with our brand values and resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director and cross- functional teams (Product Development, Marketing, and Sales) to align design efforts with business objectives, product specifications, and consumer expectations.
Print Design: Create visually compelling print marketing assets, such as flyers, posters, brochures, and event materials, that align with brand guidelines.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on design trends, competitor strategies, and market changes to ensure our brand remains innovative and relevant.
Brand Design: Collaborate with the branding team to maintain and elevate brand standards. Generate unique ideas for social media campaigns, branding visuals, and storytelling across digital and print media.
Animation: Design and animate assets for digital media campaigns, product launches, and social content, ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual style and tone.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Animation, or equivalent experience. Minimum 1+ years in branding, digital design, or a related field.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to take creative direction and provide constructive input.
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), video editing software, and a strong understanding of social media trends.
Creativity: Ability to generate fresh, engaging, and relevant ideas tailored for digital and print platforms.
Project Management: Organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
Professional English read/write proficiency is preferred- the team works mostly in Vietnamese however our clients are English speakers.
Familiarity with Instagram best practices.
Knowledge of motion graphics or animation.
Flexible with schedules- while we’ll adhere to working 8 hours a day- applicants whom can work afternoons + evening to be able to synchronize with American timezones are preferred
