Graphic Designer

- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to conceptualize and execute design for marketing campaign
- Take photos (product details) for marketing materials if needed
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Produce high- quality and on- brand visuals that resonate with our target audience
- Adapt and iterate designs based on user feedback and performance metrics
- Create visual graphics for our website, social media, and other marketing materials

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high- quality work.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in e- commerce or a related industry
- A growth mindset and willingness to experiment and learn from outcomes
- Experienced in design for women or moms is a plus. Stay up- to- date with design trends to continuously improve our design standards is a big plus
