Graphic Designer

• Create engaging designs for digital platforms, including website, mobile apps, social media and email campaigns, ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and enhance designs.
• Collaborate with front- end developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
• Develop innovative solutions for transitional design projects, such as packing, print materials and brand identities.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Contribute to the continuous learning and growth of the team.
• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock- ups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Stay informed and share about emerging trends and best practices in design
• Translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (branding, print, digital campaign, website) and highlighting problem- solving skills.
• At least 5+ years’ experience working in graphic design position with strong UX/UI knowledge, preferably in the agency environment.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar.
• Experience with responsive design and a deep understanding of user- centered design principles.
• Understanding of front- end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback.
