Graphic Designer

Reports To: Assistant MarCom Manager
Location: Cosmo, Rex Hotel, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Job Title: Graphic Designer
Position Summary: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire, inform, and transform. Working closely with the Marketing Communications (MarCom) team, you will develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports, among other media. Your creativity and innovative approach to design will play a crucial role in enhancing the club’s visibility and appeal to both existing and potential patrons.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire process of design projects, from concept through production and delivery, ensuring timely execution and quality control.
Work with external printers and suppliers to ensure quality outputs and timely delivery of materials.
Collaborate with the MarCom team to conceptualize and implement creative solutions that meet marketing strategies and objectives.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and technologies to keep the club’s branding fresh and engaging.
Assist in the selection of photographs, art, and other visual elements for use in designs.
Manage and organize graphic files, including logos, photos, and artwork.
Provide creative input and direction for marketing campaigns, events, and other promotional activities.
Design and produce compelling graphic visuals for print and digital platforms, including social media content, promotional materials, and corporate branding, ensuring consistency with the club’s brand guidelines.

Knowledge of printing processes and production techniques.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative concepts.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
High level of creativity and problem- solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the gaming or hospitality industry.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
