About Us:
We are seeking a Creative Designer (Marketing & Branding) to join our Design team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in marketing imagery, branding, and light UI design, with the ability to create impactful visuals that resonate with users. This role focuses primarily on branding, marketing visuals, and light UI elements rather than full product interface builds, but offers the opportunity to learn and train in product UI/UX if desired.
ZTO Labs is a cutting- edge tech product- building lab specializing in creating innovative tech products ranging from on- demand platforms, mobile and web applications, analytics platforms, and especially Generative AI applications. The Core Job
Create key visuals and graphic components for landing pages, microsites, and event pages — not full product interface builds.
Design brand identity assets and marketing visuals, including logos, banners, social media assets, and key visuals for product campaigns.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all products.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to deliver polished designs with minimal supervision.
Illustrate and produce graphic designs for products.
You Must Have
Proven experience in a similar creative design or graphic design role at a product company, agency, or design studio.
Knowledge of branding, marketing, websites, and AI- powered products.
Solid grasp of core graphic design principles: layout, typography, and color theory.
Creative mindset, attention to detail, proactive in proposing ideas, and able to self- manage work.
Proficiency in industry- standard design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator etc.
