Responsibilities
Create cohesive branding and campaign assets that align with the company’s identity, enhancing brand recognition and audience engagement.
Lead all visual design stages from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring designs are optimized for both online and offline mediums.
Generate innovative concepts and visual ideas for various projects, including logo design, product packaging, large format printing materials (banners, billboards, posters, signage), and digital assets for social media.
Develop engaging digital presentations and custom logos or brand marks that align with project objectives.
Interpret design briefs, determine project requirements, and manage schedules to meet deadlines effectively.
Design unique layouts, branding campaigns, point- of- sale materials, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing collateral for both digital and physical spaces, including retail shops and events.
Ensure meticulous attention to detail in design aspects such as color accuracy, typography, image selection, and overall aesthetics to produce visually engaging and effective print and digital materials.
Execute product photoshoots, managing all aspects including lighting, backdrops, and equipment to capture high- quality images. Edit and enhance photos to correct lighting and remove blemishes for professional presentation.
Edit and prepare design files for print, ensuring adherence to specifications for large format and offset printing (color profiles, resolutions, file formats).
Partner with department heads, design and marketing teams, and other stakeholders to clarify project needs, offer creative insights, and ensure deliverables align with expectations and deadlines.
Requirements and skills
Experience or knowledge in sports marketing, with an understanding of sports branding, fan engagement strategies, and the ability to create designs that appeal to sports audiences.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Familiarity with large- format and offset printing processes, including understanding of color profiles, resolution requirements, and file preparation best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Prior work designing promotional materials for sports events (tournaments, games, competitions) is an asset, particularly in creating banners, signage, advertisements, and social media graphics tailored to sports audiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to deliver high- quality work within tight deadlines.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software to produce high- quality graphics and layouts for both print and digital applications.
