Graphic Designer ( from 8 to 12 mil gross )

As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to understand the design requirements and ensure that the designs align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals. Collaborate with content writers and other team members to ensure that the designs effectively communicate the intended message.

We're seeking someone with solid graphic design experience, a winning portfolio to showcase your design know-how and a deep understanding of branding and marketing principles. Plus, if you're an expert at Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and savvy with social media trends, you'll fit right in!

• Design online POSMs for the company's website and other social media channels, including banners, daily posts and news, email marketing template, cover photos, infographics, reports...


• Design materials for offline POSMs: standee, backdrop, bandroll, brochure, flyers,
  invitations,...


• Responsible for the graphic design required by the communications projects, ensuring
  designs are completed in a timely manner;


• Brainstorm, create & implement key visual for projects;


• Follow & continuously develop company & brand guideline;


• Other design tasks related Web Design, App Design (if any);


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that the designs are completed within
  the agreed timelines;


• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and incorporate these into the designs
  where appropriate;


• Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.

• From 01 year of experience in Graphic Design;


• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign,.. Sketch (plus);


• Experience with communications design including: layout, typography, key visual, ads,
  poster, banner...;


• Good communication and organizational skills;


• Good balance between practical & creative part


• Open-minded, willing to learn & proactive, can work independently as well as in a team;


• Hard work, commitment, able to work well under pressure;


• On-hands experience in Mobile App or related Tech projects is a big plus.
