Graphic Designer (Hybrid Wokring)

Other required tasks from the direct manager.
Create Engaging Visuals: Design communication materials such as posters, banners, images for social media, websites, and event collateral, ensuring alignment with brand identity and Group’s policies.
Update and Edit Content: Regularly update and refine visual content to meet project and campaign requirements.
Develop Creative Concepts: Work on ideating and conceptualizing innovative designs for various projects, maintaining consistency in brand representation.
Campaign Planning: Contribute to planning the visual direction of marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive and compelling visual storytelling.
Collaboration: Work closely with different departments/teams to support employer branding initiatives, design internal communication content, and maintain high standards across all design products.
Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of current visual trends and proactively propose new ideas and implementations to keep the company&039;s visuals fresh and relevant.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and proficiency in graphic design.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
Required Skills:

Knowledge of current design trends and digital communication best practices.
Experience with video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Attention to detail and high- quality work production.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem- solving abilities.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
