Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will be a key member of Dunlopillo’s marketing team in Vietnam. This person will manage the day- to- day operations and execution of our design creatives, like catalogs, social assets, ad creatives, GIFs, and more. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in graphic design. You will be experienced in owning a brand’s visual language and coordinating with other team members to implement throughout the marketing mix. What you’ll be doing:

Develop and create compelling designs following Dunlopillo’s global brand.
Partner with the team to use briefs, data, and insights to create visual brand marketing that propels sales and advocates for the Dunlopillo brand.
Support the brand with beautiful decks and presentations.
Provide solutions with thought and speed.
Brainstorm ideas and work with the team to prototype visual concepts and ideas (mood boards, mockups, animatics, storyboards, and test shows).
Help ensure quality control of creative and provide feedback to creative vendors, agencies, and contractors to ensure deliverables meet our standards for quality and align with our brand guidelines.
Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are consistent throughout all graphics both physical and digital.
Translate a design brief into compelling designs that ensure a cohesive brand image across a wide range of print- to- digital communications.
Create/manage a library of creative templates and guidelines that can be used across our team on different projects.

Outstanding visual design skills in typography, composition, signage, wayfinding, motion, and systems design.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
Ability to create brand- defining designs in short periods.
Be able to develop English language content and translate English to Vietnamese as well.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Comfortable addressing challenges with ambiguous or incomplete information.
High- quality designs while maintaining the speed of work.
1- 3 years of professional graphic design experience at an agency or in- house.
A desire to build a world- renowned brand.
