JOB OVERVIEW• FPT Design is home to a dynamic team of over 140 skilled designers dedicated to crafting meaningful visual experiences with real- world impact. We’re on the lookout for creative, detail- driven Graphic Designers who are passionate about design and eager to make a difference through engaging digital content.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• As a
Graphic Designer
, you’ll be responsible for the creation, development, and execution of visual materials across a wide range of mediums – from digital and print to motion graphics and branding. Your role will involve transforming ideas into compelling visual content that aligns with our brand and communication strategies.
• This position is ideal for a self- motivated, detail- oriented designer who thrives in a fast- paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple creative projects.

Key Focus Areas
• Event Design: Key visuals for both domestic and international events.
• Omnichannel Marketing Design: Banners and assets for websites, social platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Brand Identity Design: Logo creation, visual identity development, and brand illustration.
• Motion Design: Engaging motion graphics and animated content for social media, internal communications, and digital campaigns.
• Visual Creation: 2D illustration, whitepapers, knowledge- sharing content, and presentations.
Senior Designer
• Mentor junior designers and support team collaboration.
• Collaborate on campaign messaging and participate in creative planning sessions.
• Contribute to and maintain corporate identity standards.
• Lead creative efforts across various communication platforms including web, print, social media, pitch decks, and videos.
• Stay up- to- date with digital design trends and continuously improve skills through training and industry events.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Oversee large- scale video and motion design projects in coordination with external vendors.
• Adhere to project timelines, communication protocols, and reporting standards.
