Maintains and updates hotel’s website content to ensure brand standards and web audit goals are met.
Ensures thorough understanding of the Group’s and hotel’s design philosophy in line with Radisson Hotel Group’s brand standards
Coordinates with PR for the design production on the hotel’s social media and digital presence.
Governance as “custodian of the brand” in all designs, ensuring hotel’s compliance with brand identity and graphic standards.
Plays a key role in community events as assigned for photography requirements
Regularly checks competitor hotel designs to understand market changes and trends
Ensures hotel information is updated regularly on the internet/intranet
Public Relations & Market Awareness
Creates and produces quality displays and signages in hotel public areas, ensuring brand compliances.
Design & Branding
Coordinates and designs all requirements for the production of all printed and online materials following the specifications stipulated in the Brand Guidelines.
Ensures correct usage of hotel logo on gift items as stipulated in Brand Guidelines.
Social Media
Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations. Provide employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver Yes I Can! service and teamwork.
Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction
Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.
Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service.
Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behaviour and genuine hospitality.
