Handle all photo- taking and video production as needed to support the hotel&039;s commercial operations
Prepare layout for hotel publications and collateral material well ahead of schedule
Be creative and effective in the design and execution of hotel advertising and collateral requirements
Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of printed materials
Master the guidelines for hotel collateral, signage, advertising layout (both hard and electronic) and stationary to adapt and represent the necessary commercial and operational requirements of the hotel
Ensure all hotel advertising and collaterals are of a consistent high standard and comply with LHR brand standards
Assist in the planning and execution of hotel and media photoshoots
Comply with every reasonable request from his/her hierarchical supervisor(s) within the amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances

Preferred degree in design and fine arts
Computer skill: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
2- 3 year experience preferred
Organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in team environment and take initiative
Be fully skilled with Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Proven photography skills (submission of a portfolio is a must)
Ability to communicate well in English and Vietnamese
Proven artistic and creative ability (submission of a portfolio is a must)
