Graphic Designer (temp 2 months)

As our brand is accelerating quickly, we are reforming and expanding our marketing team to prepare for the exciting journey ahead.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned designer to join us. Our team is a well- blended mix of creative junkies, brand strategists, media performers, product developers, and number crunchers. Together, we hope to build the most unique and beloved tech brand in Vietnam.
You will be joining a team of fun, dynamic and fast paced individuals who embrace growth and the love for branding.

Collaborate with the design team and other departments to understand project requirements and ensure that products meet brand standards and messaging
Ensure consistency in applying brand guidelines and design direction across various platforms.
Participate in ideation and development of new design products based on Team/ Head of Department requests;
Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for a wide range of materials, including Key Visual, Banner InApp, Webview, Social Post…;

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator. Ability to Idea Sketching/ Hand Drawn;
Ability to work independently and collaborate well in a team environment;
Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, imagery, and typography;
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related fields;
Excellent communication skills to understand project requirements and effectively convey ideas;
Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
At least 3 years of experience working in graphic design
