Graphic Designer

Key responsibilities...

Manage freelance design briefs and manage freelance creatives for the agency
Produce design- based content for WCC in downtime
Grow technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies and sharing knowledge with WCC teammates
Ensure all WCC artwork is considered, well researched, on brief and completed on time for the Creative Director
Maintain world- class quality for all visual outputs for We Create Content
Help the agency win new business with strong, creative pitch documents and other related works when requested
Work with external suppliers such as printers and/or other agencies to ensure work is completed to the standards expected by WCC

Time management skills to ensure all artwork is of the highest standard and sent to the Creative Director / client / published on time
Agency experience working on branding and content outputs in both editorial and advertising industries- using Adobe CC, other software a bonus
Clear communication both verbally and written, in English and Vietnamese

Qualifications

Eager to absorb new skills such as UX design, animation, 3D
Be able to curate content and inspire readers of We Create Content publications and social media
Critical thinking and ability to absorb and client brief, develop a concept and work with the Creative Director and other colleagues on visuals;
At least 2 years of experience;
Look to incorporate digital and non- digital mediums into your work
Being fluent in English is a must;
Have a strong interest in international design trends;
Self- driven in managing and accomplishing projects under tight deadlines and be able to work in a high demanding environment with minimum supervision;

Contribute your opinion and be valued by management and colleagues;
