Design mockups of UX flows, components
Creating original design, typography, iconography, and art for digital screens centered around modern & industry- trending designs
Illustrate design ideas with clear storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and prototypes
Create intuitive interfaces and interaction layers using best practices, the latest web trends and all available tools to augment the user experience
Conduct design brainstorms with product owners to understand the product details and user needs
Defining and managing the appropriate design approach for differentiating experiences especially in the travel and hospitality industry
Create workflows, low- fi designs, high- quality designs, and other artifacts needed to collaborate and iterate from vision through execution
Developing and annotating user flows, journeys, and persona
Create graphic designs for promotional materials and websites
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast- paced environment
Drive digital design process – including websites, digital campaigns, and interactive experiences
Lead offline and digital projects from strategy to conceptualization, prototyping, and final execution
Pushing yourself and the team for continuous improvement in our design and design processes through open communication and feedback

Expertise with user research/usability testing
Up- to- date knowledge of designs software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.;
Strong analytical ability with proven strength in suggesting creative solutions and innovative ideas

Portfolio of design projects
Ability to work in a fast- paced, deadline driven environment
Understanding of graphics and UX functionalities to foster a strong collaboration with operators, marketing and sales departments
Willingness to travel – As we are in the business of Travel and Hospitality
Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite 2D/3D (After Effects, Premier Pro is a plus)
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Knowledge of user centered design methodologies and user experience best practices
Good time management skills
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization, logic and analytical skills
Experience in digital customer experience design, graphic and visual arts, including responsive design pattern creation and usage
1+ years of experience with Graphics and UX design
Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
Knowledge of agile development tools, including Jira and Confluence
