Guest Relation Officer (Japanese Language)

Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction.
Proactively seek feedback on guest satisfaction and resolve problems.
Prepare requisition and distribution of amenities on a timely basis.
To conduct inspections of the public areas of the main lobby and library ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance and initiating appropriate action where necessary.
To handle guest complaints, inquiries, and comments, log them and initiate appropriate action and follow up.
Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of VIP guests.
To implement and maintain membership program.
Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints.
Coordinate with Front Office Team to check the departure list for the following day – contact VIP guests to arrange airport transfers, if necessary.
Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones.
Examine activities logbook, assign tasks appropriately and implement control schedule daily.
Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires.

Ideally with a relevant degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Work experience as a Guest Relation Officer preferably with experience in 4 star or 5 star hotels.
Customer service skills, creative and well organized.
Positive attitude and mindset of hospitality.
Good at English and Japanese in both written and communication skills.
