[Hanoi] Assistant Manager, Leasing (Japanese/ Korean Speaking) Frasers Property Vietnam

• Update trends for competition in the market (Built to suit product), manage market intelligence as well as conduct market research of competitors, market benchmark in order to formulate and implement leasing strategies which are suitable to relevant properties.
• Manage/ monitor all weekly and monthly reports (rent rolls, leasing updates, commission reports).
• Work on SAP (upload, key- in data, contracts, conditions, etc.)
• Manage all leasing functions: new lettings, renewals, rent review, surrenders, pre- terminations, negotiations, etc.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Manage and direct daily leasing/ marketing activities following leasing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the company’s assigned portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agencies/ brokers/ consultants, etc.

• Foundational understanding of relevant laws and regulations in Industrial Real Estate.
• In- depth understanding of Industrial Market and Products (including ready- built and built- to- suit), especially for Northern Vietnam Industrial Market and Clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
• Extensive network of Japanese/ Korean clients doing or intending to do business in Vietnam.
• Strong relationship- building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills and strong command of Japanese/ Korean is a MUST.
• At least 2- 3 years of working experience in the Commercial/ Industrial Leasing Team of international real estate developer.
• Demonstrate can- do attitude, and willingness to perform hands- on duties.
• Based in Hanoi with the flexibility to travel to other provinces due to work requirements.

13th month salary, performance bonus, annual salary review

Minimum 40 training hours per year
