[HANOI] Business Analyst (Junior - Senior)

Support and investigate issues raised by clients and the internal team
Implement documentation such as business flows, business requirement documents and functional specifications.
Understand project objectives and organizational goals. Gather business requirements and analyze pain points from clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the client&039;s working team, Product Owner, and internal team members, including the Project Manager, UX/UI Designer, System Analyst, Developer, and Quality Assurance.
Clarify business requirements and analyze solutions, weighing pros and cons based on the identified requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

At lease 2 years experience in a Business Analyst Role.
Positive work attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Logical thinking, analytical, and problem- solving skills.
Good at English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), IT systems, and databases would be an advantage.
Strong leadership qualities and ability to work well within a team.
