Performance Consulting: Partner with department heads to address performance gaps, recommend targeted learning interventions, and assist in creating individual development plans (IDPs) for employees.
Mentoring & Coaching Programs: Design and implement mentoring and coaching initiatives to facilitate knowledge transfer, skill enhancement, and leadership growth within the organization.
Performance Management Integration: Align L&D initiatives with performance management processes, supporting employee development goals and career progression.
Learning & Development Administration & Evaluation
Learning Management System (LMS): Oversee LMS implementation and maintenance, ensuring all employees have access to a centralized platform for learning resources, progress tracking, and training records.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on L&D activities, program effectiveness, and KPIs to support data- driven decision- making and highlight the impact of learning investments.
Program Evaluation: Implement robust assessment methods to measure training effectiveness, analyze data, and gather insights to continually enhance program content and delivery.
Budget Management: Support the planning and management of the L&D budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost- effective program delivery.
