THE SITUATION
Pizza 4P&039;s is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Finance Manager to oversee accounting, finance, and tax functions. This role is integral to ensuring the financial health and compliance of our operations in Vietnam, supporting our growth strategies, and maintaining our commitment to excellence.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Accounting and Financial Reporting:
- Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and inventory management.
- Review and reconcile financial data, transactions, and accounts to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
Tax Compliance and Planning:
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, filing deadlines, and reporting obligations.
- Manage all tax- related matters, including VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors to optimize tax strategies, minimize tax liabilities, and support business objectives.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management for informed decision- making.
- Implement and control financial plans and budgets aligned with Pizza 4P&039;s business objectives.
Financial Controls and Risk Management:
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and accounting standards, advising management on potential impacts and adjustments.
- Conduct regular financial audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Approve and implement financial related terms in company&039;s contracts or engagement
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
