HCM - ADMIN and SALES SUPPORT

The Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in facilitating sales operations, including customer engagement, supplier coordination, quotation preparation, paperwork management, shipment arrangement, complaint handling, monthly reporting, and debt management.

Prepare monthly sales reports
Prepare quotations and assist in project acquisition
Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and product details
Coordinate international shipments and customs clearance
Engage with customers to introduce new products and promotions
Process customer orders and delivery fulfillment
Address customer complaints and warranty requests
Follow up with customer for updating their demand
Other tasks as assigned
Manage paperwork, including contracts, invoices, and debt collection

2 – 3 years experience in Sales/ Customer service field
Nationality: Vietnamese
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently
Bachelor&039;s degree
