JOB DESCRIPTION
Intern will be trained in one or more of the following areas, please note the area you would like the most to be trained in the application email.
Customs Operations
· Declare customs via VNACCS system
· Collaborate with customers on daily basis to check and verify the shipping docs for customs clearance
· Checking compliance in terms of customs declaration via VNACCS System.
Trucking Operations
· Working with the Trucking Team to manage the operations
· Work with subcontractors to ensure that the KPIs are met
Operational Accounting Team
· Assist in billing activities
Other Tasks
· Support the teams on various tasks as requested
HSSE
· Ensure that HSSE guidance is followed by subcontractors
· Understand the HSSE policy of the company
· Follow the HSSE policy of the company
· Report near misses to Manager / Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
· Excel, word computer skills.
· Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), Chinese language is the plus point
· Communication skill, collaboration with stakeholders.
· Final year student
- Proactive, eager to learn, responsibility
- Full time internship
